Five Visits a Year for Ongoing Home Pest Protection
Our General Pest plan includes five scheduled service visits each year—one more than a standard four-visit quarterly plan. We concentrate treatments from February through November, when pest activity is higher, with approximately three months between visits over winter.
That extra visit helps us stay ahead of pest activity and keep bugs under control throughout the year.
Starting at $37 per month, your annual service subscription is paid in monthly installments. It includes five scheduled visits each year, plus free re-service between scheduled visits if covered pests return.

Which plan should I choose?
General Pest starts at $37/month, Pest + Termite at $61/month, Pest + Mosquito at $79/month, and Total Protection at $102/month. These are starting prices for qualifying homes. We will discuss the pests you are seeing and the protection you need before recommending a plan.
What does the General Pest subscription include?
It includes five scheduled general pest services each year, plus free re-service between scheduled visits if covered pests return. Ask us to confirm coverage for your specific pest before enrolling.
Does monthly billing mean monthly visits?
No. Monthly installments pay for an annual subscription. The General Pest plan includes five scheduled visits each year, with treatments concentrated from February through November and approximately three months between visits over winter.
Are termites and mosquitoes included in every plan?
No. Pest + Termite and Total Protection include the Sentricon termite baiting system. Pest + Mosquito and Total Protection include seasonal mosquito services. Your quote will identify the protection included in your selected plan.
